2024 Youth Symposium

Hosted by Lake County Workforce Development Board

The 2024 Youth Symposium is the culmination of a years’ worth of strategic efforts focused around building a better understanding of how best to reach and engage high school students and young adults of Lake County in career planning and employment experiences.

Working closely with ICF, a global advisory and technology services provider, to facilitate the project and produce the final report, the Lake County Workforce Development Board has unveiled the research findings and action plan.
