June 2025 Newsletter
Effective July 1, the Lake County Workforce Development Board has installed new officers. Dr. Carlotta Roman will step into the role of Board Chair and Josh Fischer will serve as Board Vice Chair.
As we welcome our new officers, we also wish to express our sincere appreciation to Kim Wimer, outgoing Board Chair, for her past two years of leadership. Kim has been instrumental in the successful implementation of several key initiatives, including facilitating the refinement and approval of the 2025-2029 Board Strategic Plan.
Both Carlotta and Josh have been deeply committed to the Board for many years. Carlotta is the Founder and Senior Business Psychologist for Collective Career Consulting and Josh is the President of Fischer Paper Products.
